How to take a yoga class
How I did it: I went online and looked up some yoga classes near my house and found one about 10 minutes away. I tried it out and LOVED it. I have had some experience with yoga so I found this classes to be really fitting to my level. So far I have tried Vinyasa flow and Intermediate yoga which is a bit more difficult than Vinyasa. It has much more challenging poses and requires a lot more physical strength and flexibility. I plan to continue taking both of this classes a few times a week with the amazing teachers that teach them. Yoga is great for anyone that has a lot of physical and mental stress that they would like to get rid of. Yoga has helped me to feel a lot more at peace with myself.
Lessons & tips: Make sure you have the amount of experience you need for your yoga class. Some classes are really difficult if you don't have a strong hold on yoga.
