How to stop procrastinating
How I did it: I read a line somewhere from a woman who had rowed across the atlantic and kept a journal, and she realized that her mood for the day had a 1/1 correlation with how much she accomplished the day before, measured in miles.
I kept track for a week and realized that I was the same way. I felt much better when, the day before, I got a crapload done.
Now I write a list out at night or in the morning, and go through it. I try to cross as much out as possible, not because it's good for my productivity now, but because it helps my mood so much.

sweet!
i think i’ll try this.. yea i think it’s important to be logical and realistic or else you overload yourself… I think I experienced this just a few days ago… If you put too much on your plate and don’t accomplish everything, you will feel more like procrastinating because you feel bad that you’re not getting anything done!
yes i’m an experienced procrastinator
