How to practice meditation for one week 5 min twice a day

How I did it: It was a total miss the first week... I think I must have only meditated a couple of times... but the second week was a charm! :)
I meditate while taking walks... going biking I meditate before i go to bed... rarely in the morning, Mid-day is good also :)
Lessons & tips: don't be to hard on yourself... you might see that you are doing more damage to yourself then good.
Resources: music, flowers, incense, being in nature.
