How to quit obsessing over my weight

How I did it: I began with taking things out of my diet that made me feel full. These things included red meat, soda, breads, pasta and chocolate. I drank a lot more water and ate small snacks during the day to keep me from wanting to binge. I also watched my portion sizes wherever I went to eat, including when we would go out as a family.
Lessons & tips: I feel so much better now that I lost my weight.
