How to start doing Yoga
"It was like...rebooting my body; putting everything back into sync and in working order!"
How I did it: I used my wiifit to perfect the poses and forced myself to do a few in the morning, after I wake up and more in the evening while listening to audio books. As soon as you get into the routine and find the time for it, it's easy! and so so worth it
I can touch my toes now!!
Lessons & tips:
- The most important part is the breathing! you have to breath slowly and dont hold your breath while you're stretching like I kept doing.
- There are loooads of websites out there that can help you with the poses and breathing
- Playing some soothing mellow music can help you alot
- don't rush! and don't push yourself too hard, just keep trying and you'll get there slowly and without hurting yourself lol
