Good For You~ :)

yeah!

Some more

physical therapy today and a massage. Oooooh, I do enjoy a massage. I’m scheduled for a couple more next week. I’m seeing some improvement in how I’m feeling. No headache today, so I’m on a roll.

Glad to hear

that the headaches are easing.

Thank you

It’s no fun being in pain. But I was also able to put in 5.25 miles on the treadmill before I went, so I believe that helped, too.

it's not

any fun at all (but I don’t consider that long on the treadmill to be either ;) ). Constant headaches are the pits. A good massage really is an unbelieveable cure all.

I am totally

pain free when I run. It’s amazing.

But it’s really not all that long. I did 6.2 miles today in less than 50 minutes and then I move on to the other stations.

Thai massage

About every fifty to 100 yards along Chaweng beach on the Thai island of Koh Samui, you can find great massages. It’s usually a raised open air platform with a roof for shade. They have about 6 futons, so six women can do their thing at the same time. The cost is around $6 for one hour of the most fantastic and thurough massages you’ll ever have. This is a full body massage, reaching everywhere except where the sun don’t shine. There is nothing more relaxing than to have a great hour-long massage with the back drop of the ocean and the sound of the lapping waves. You can also request hard, medium or soft. It was so good and so cheap, that I was going for it 3 times a day. Excuse the swimm suit. This shot is from 3 trips ago, and board shorts had not caught on yet.

~hopped~ has gotten 6 cheers on this entry.
