How to lose another 10 pounds
How I did it: I jogged every other day, stopped eating massive quantities of cookies, chocolate, and chips. I focused on the smaller goal of 10 lb instead of the larger goal, which was to lose 65 pounds. I found it surprisingly easy to settle into new routines - of exercising regularly and getting out of the habit of eating as entertainment. I really think that having the smaller weight loss goal made all the difference; also having a reminder in my e-mail every two days kept me on track.
I don't diet. I eliminated the obviously unhealthy things from my diet, but kept the foods I love.
Lessons & tips: Make changes slowly - don't change everything at once. Don't think "all or none" - if you miss a workout or eat junk you're "off your program" and give up. Don't do that. Just start again over and over and the new eating and exercising will become a habit.
