How to learn to swordfight

"Fencing club at college... I love higher education."
How I did it: I just had to join the fencing club for 25 bucks. They provide all the gear and our coach is really nice. There are a ton of newbies so I don't feel like an idiot (well, most of the time) and I've even beaten a few people in practice! I have a long way to go to actually be good, but in the meantime it's just fun pretending to be a character from The Princess Bride.
