How to run a 10K
"I always hated the thought of running, but one day I decided that it was something I should try, and I loved it!"
How I did it: I took a 10K training clinic that started in mid-January and by the end of April I ran the Times Colonist 10K in Victoria. The training clinic kept me on track with a very doable getting started program, called First Steps, and I would recommend that kind of program to anyone who wants to achieve this goal.
