How I did it: I made a decision one day to finally declutter my old address book (old as in 12 years old at least).  I bought a cute, simple, cheap new address book from Target.  It sat on my kitchen table for two days before I said, "Each day I will go through and update my address book for ten minutes."  In the end it took me three days and about an hour's worth of work. 

Lessons & tips: buy a new address book
write in pencil to keep it up-to-date and not messy
set aside ten minutes a day for a few days
easier than you would think
