How I did it: I spent years with a craving, then i lived at the end of a street with a tattooists on it. So after years of wanting and being to 'scared' (for want of a better word) i went in the shop and had a look.  I had never been into a tattooists before and had no real idea of what i wanted... luckily before i got inked i met a really nice guy who asked alot of questions and dug into my mind and i got out what i really wanted :)
I was very lucky! I could of ended up with a rose on my shoulder instead of the lovely great big faery on my thigh ;)
Since then i have collected 3 new tattoos but they are bits of one big thingy that im designing.... i love all my ink and hope to be collecting for a few years yet :)

Lessons & tips:

• Have some sort of idea of what you want, i wouldnt recommend going in on a whim :) I may of not done it quite right the first time but the second time i had thought about what i wanted for 10years!

• Understand its going to hurt and that its forever unless you want to pay alot more to get it removed.
