How to loose 10 pounds
How I did it: I became a vegan (then turned vegetarian cause I wasn't getting enough protein). I started drinking tea instead of coffee and have totally quit caffeine. I eat many many more vegetables.
Lessons & tips: I had to have goals.... and these were mine:
• to be healthier to lessen my chances of breast cancer (which runs in my famil)
• to feel sexier
• to have better chances in the future of having kids (with a healthier body I hear it makes for better chances)
• to feel better in my clothes
I also had to be committed to exercising regularly - three to four times a week for now.
Resources: I read the Skinny Bitch book and took some pointers there.
I work out in my basement with Billy Blanks Taebo and the Firm (yes, it's embarassing, but I am loosing weight)
