Gather thoughts early in the morning and refine the system as you process those thoughts.
Lessons & tips:
- Four thoughts each morning are PLENTY to process!
- Give yourself 2 hours initially to process thoughts as you learn the program.
- Aim for 30 minutes a day to process after everything is set up like you want.
