How to workout regularly
"Once you get the ball rolling you won't want to stop."
How I did it: I finally committed to joining a gym and getting a regular workout schedule. I had to realize that working out isn't a burden its 'me time'. I joined a gym on Halloween and since then I work out a minimum of 2 times per week and usually workout 4-6 times a week doing a mixture of cardio and strength training. I crave the gym now.
