How to wake up earlier on the weekends
"Its all about adjusting to a new schedule"
How I did it: I was forced to wake up at 6am for work during my 6 week training period. This meant that on weekends sleeping until 8 or 9 was like sleeping half the day away. Once I got back on a more normal schedule (8-5) its easier to wake up on the weekend because now I realize how much I can accomplish on my weekend days and its great. Although I do still occasionally sleep really late if I feel my body needs it.
