How to list 100 things that make me happy
"It's good for the soul to recognise what makes us happy, and to do that stuff more often. I promise."
How I did it: I walked down to the river, sat on a bench in an empty clearing, and wrote everything that came to mind. No phone, no people, no time limit. Just a pen and a notebook (and a camera - just in case!) When I came back, I typed up the list and posted it on my blog, just to reinforce it.
Lessons & tips: I did it in a stream of conciousness kind of way. If it pooped into my head, I wrote it down. Don't think about it too much. If it makes you happy, it'll come naturally.
Resources: Just time, pen, paper and the motivation to be happy. Such a simple task, but so rewarding =)
