How to stay up for 36 hours straight

How I did it: Red bull. Lots and lots of Red Bull. Also, phone calls were good because if I found myself getting tired, having my phone ring unexpectedly would stir me. And hanging out with a friend. I had one of my best friends with me and it was nice to kind of feed off of her energy.
Lessons & tips: If you have something to do within the next few days after you plan on doing it, DON'T. It might take a couple of days to re-regulate your sleep cycle. Its fun to do as a challenge - My best friend, boyfriend, and his best friend all decided to try to see who could stay up the longest (I won!). Its funny to see how people get so into thinking they'll do it and then they're the first to pass out at like 3 AM!
