How I did it: Eat less and get more sleep! If you have more sleep you wellness of being get more better, so that you feel better and then your body need less sugars and you get lose of the hungry feeling at the end of the day.
Lessons & tips: Learn what issue it is to you to eat so many. If you know this, you can beat the problem.
