great advice to use friends and family for support!
How I did it: I finally decided I would lose weight this year. It was too difficult last year, being my freshman year, so I finally decided that I was ready. So far, my goals are working out extraordinarily well; I'm taking a kickboxing class twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays and going to the gym on Saturday with my friends.
Lessons & tips: Make sure you know what your habits and schedule are, and that you can commit to it. Talk to your friends/family about it, because it will hold you more accountable for your promise.
Resources: Weight Watchers! I'm doing the online thing-ma-jig. It helps since I literally don't stop moving all day, but always have my computer on me.
