How to practice Self-Inquiry
"With intent and repetition, the ancient practice of Atma Vichara (self-inquiry) can reveal to you the truth about what you are. You are that which never changes."
How I did it: The source of suffering in this life is the belief that you are this life.
The cure for this suffering is knowing what you are.
There is a feeling in you, the absolute certainty that you are. That feeling of being is the key.
Taste that feeling whenever it occurs to you to do so, as often as you can, and everything will work out fine.
Lessons & tips: Belief that this will work is not necessary.
Doing it is.
