How to stop negative self-talk
How I did it: Therapy! haha!! Seriously. It took someone on the outside to help me realize how often I was telling myself negative things. Once I realized what I was telling myself and how often, it was easy to stop myself. The more I stopped the thoughts the more confidence I had. The more confidence I had, the less the thoughts came!
Lessons & tips: Remember its okay to cheer yourself on! It isn't crazy to respond to negative thoughts with positive ones.
