How I did it: I had mine pierced at the Enchanted Dragon Tattoo in Tucson, AZ.
I have both of my trags pierced along with many other ear piercings such as my Daith, Helix & Conch.
Lessons & tips: I have 30 piercings and as far as cleanings go I always suggest using rubbing alcohol followed by a sensitive saline solution like Bausch & Lomb. Do this twice a day and gently twist your piercings so it gets inside the hole of your new piercing. Always clean your new piercing after a shower. It will be easier to clean after showering.
