How to finish a triathlon
"A lot of hard work, but I did it!"
How I did it: I trained for almost three months (one day of running, one day of biking, one day of swimming, one day of core--optional, and a Saturday brick, which is two sports combined) with a group of women to complete the Danskin: 75K Swim, 20K Bike, 5K Run
