How I did it: After I found out from a friend with hyperhidrosis that she uses Glycopyrrolate, I decided to give it a try. While it doesn't completely stop my severe hand-sweating, it makes things soooooooo much better.
Lessons & tips: Ask your doctor to put you on Glycopyrrolate. Take it every day, not just occasionally. My first dermatologist advised the latter and it did not help. Taking it every day works much better.
