"Changed my perspective"
How I did it: Every night before bed I'd get on 43 things and just force myself to come up with 3 positive things. Sometimes I'd be feeling very negative and say "I finished all my homework although not very well" and then I'd have to remember, "ONLY POSITIVE THINGS!!" it takes a lot of work to get yourself out of the poor me my life is so hard way of thinking but it is possible. i've never been so happy in my life and it's not because i changed my life, it's because i changed my way of thinking about it
