How I did it: So I need to take a step back and have a look at my life. I don't ever ever ever wanna be that ill again, smoking is only bad for you, it can only lead to sh*t. I have enough problems so I can tick this one off my list. No heart attacks for me please.
I have tried for ages to stop but evidently having a reality check has helped me out on this one.
Its really scared me. Like really badly. I looked at a packet of ciggarettes and just kinda saw a packet of death. And I found out that I had bronchitis as a very small child and I had croup where i couldnt breathe and i remember being terrified hen i woke up one night and couldnt breathe and i actually thought i was going to die. So in a nutshell im not going to smoke becaus its going to make me ill - ill which can be avoided and dying a horrible painful cancer filled death is not for me. Im scared. Think about it people.
Lessons & tips: You will only give up when youre ready. Ive had a proper shock today and thats done it for me. Go to a hospital and visit some one with a deadly illness like cancer. Then maybe it will hit home that smokers are giving death a warm welcome.

sucess!!! no excuses this time, all you smokers who wanna stop, just do it!! Seriously just stop doing it. Its onlt you that lights it up so just dont, find something better to spend your time and health on. Good luck :D
