How to daily: Reflect on 5 things for which I'm grateful.
"This taught me to focus on the wonderful people and events in my daily life."
How I did it: As often as I could, I came to this list and reflected on my day and then wrote out those things that made me most grateful. The more I did this the better I felt. I also began to understand just how good my life really is.
Lessons & tips: Daily practice of writing out gratitude for the people and events of life helped change my attitude. Sometimes I would force myself to write out my gratitude just to change my attitude.
