How to watch a scary movie

"Not as nerve-wracking as I thought it would be."
How I did it: I just sat down and flipped through the movie channels until I found a scary movie. It was called "The Woods" and was sort of similar to the craft - scary bad witches and lots of screaming, some semi-gorey parts. Not the best story line, but it's been years since I voluntarily watched a scary movie so I'm proud of myself.
