How to do a backbend
"It was awesome when I realised that I had actually done it without any help!"
How I did it: First of all, I tried to get used to doing a bridge from the floor, but every time I tried to doing it from a standing position, it wouldn't work. After a few days, my friends tried to help me by supporting my back while I tried to do it standing up. It worked, but I still couldn't do it alone, so I was sort of frustrated. After a few days, for some reason, I just felt like giving it another go, and I did it! and it wasn't just a 1-time thing either, once I did it by myself, I could do it again and again and again.
Lessons & tips: You have to take baby steps, or else you might hurt your body.
