wow!
I love bread so that would be a tough thing for me to do.
How I did it: I decided to go without bread from Monday to Sunday, and 1st week I didn't make it because there was so much going on and I am a huge fan of any kind of bread, so I had some as comfort food. But I stuck with my goal for another week, so today is basically my 10th day without bread!
I have been eating healthier, more cooked food and salads and feel better-not hungry, but not stuffed either.
Lessons & tips: If you like bread like me, you have to plan your meals without it, be creative and never resort to "Ok, no lunch today, I'll just have a sandwich."

I took bread almost on a daily basis for the last semester since i was kinda lazy to get the real cooked food at the cafe outside my hostel…
however, there is a change this semester…i just realized that it’s not healthy to eat only bread. i don’t store any bread in my hostel… i got no choice but go out for healthier option~ ^^
