How to challenge myself
"Scary, Worthwhile, and tells you alot about yourself"
How I did it: It meant me willing to run suicides and seventeens (trust me they hurt!), and never just give up, willing to try completly new things so I can get better at basketball, even when I knew I would do it really bad in the first go,and I reminded myself the fear of doing something is greater than actually doing it. Always remember that and you can do anything.
