How to focus on the tasks in front of me for one week
"Of things done perfectly this is not"
How I did it: Got through the week. Focused on the tasks in front of me only a bout 40-50% of the time. However, it was better than not trying to focus. Because I only focused about half the time, I have tasks left to do that could have been done in that time. It was an opportunity to practice acceptance.
Resources: self-respect. Some knowledge of operant conditioning.
