How I did it: I had a teeth whitening treatment which meant that I had to wear trays filled with special bleach every night.
My teeth were a bit sensitive and the treatment took twice as long for me than it usually does because I kept grinding my teeth at night and breaking the trays (which was quite annoying as I kept having to get new ones!)
But I can honestly say that this was completly worth the pain and the money (It is pretty expensive!) but since I had the treatment I have been so much more confident and happy with my smile (For the first time ever!)-I had to wear braces on and off for 7 years but now I have almost perfectly straight,teeth (and having them whitened has been the iceing on the cake!) :)
