How I did it: There was this girl that was really making me angry. She was sending raunchy texts to my boyfriend, and I saw her a little while later. Now, I'm a quiet girl, but I screamed at her like there was no tomorrow, using a few choice vulgarities. I felt really good afterwards.
Lessons & tips: Just do it. Don't think about what you're about to do or it won't happen.
