How to drink more water
"I'm no longer tired from all that carbonated crap that's in soda. It was all just empty calories and a waste of a drink!"
How I did it: I had a dental work done, including a wisdom tooth removed, and so I was unable to drink practically anything but water for at least a week or so. That was my cue to just end it right then. I've felt better since I've let the soda go. Water makes me feel much more alert and I'm not up and down, hyper and then crashing throughout the day.
Lessons & tips: get dental work done - haha! just try the water for a few days and see how you feel
Resources: the dentist, flat out not buying any unhealthy drinks anymore, always loved water to begin with
