How to drink more water
"Good for my health"
How I did it: I always bring a bottle of water to bed and try and drink it either at night or first thing in the morning. I substituted water for soft drinks aswell. I have a pint of water before I eat and it really fills you up a little. My skin has really improved a lot and is glowing and I have also lost weight.
Lessons & tips: Water is actually really refreshing, Id say I drink about 3 litres a day. I've stopped drinking coffee, coke and tea and I feel so much better because of it.
