This was actually one of my goals. After reading a few articles, I took it up a notch to not just losing thirty five pounds, but to being fit; being healthy. There is a difference, believe it or not, just like there’s a difference between a skinny 140 person who can’t run a mile to a fit and healthy person who can sprint a mile, ya dig?
