This was actually one of my goals. After reading a few articles, I took it up a notch to not just losing thirty five pounds, but to being fit; being healthy. There is a difference, believe it or not, just like there’s a difference between a skinny 140 person who can’t run a mile to a fit and healthy person who can sprint a mile, ya dig?

Lol, anyway, stay strong and keep going.

Starting

I’m on the road, it has/is taking me a while getting started. I am very inconsistent, but I am now trying to eat better and less, and I have been drinking more water. I am just starting to exercise more. You are right take it one day at a time, and not beat yourself up when you stumble.
