Feeling lighter is a great feeling, isn’t it? I have never gotten that heavy-full feeling as a vegetarian that I used to get after a big hamburger (for example).

Are you keeping up with it or was it only a 30-day thing?

I am so glad that I did do it. I have, however, gone back to eating meat. I noticed right away that it made me feel a bit pukey. Not sure if it was all in my mind or if my stomach had more to do with it. It is so much easier to just eat whatever the house has prepared, but I am definitely thinking about going back to it now. Do you eat fish? And do you ever get really tired sometimes? I think I was missing out on some nutrient or something during the 30 day because I was dragging some days.

Congratulations! I’ve been ovo-lactovegetarian for five years, and its one of the best things I’ve ever done. In the last two years I started eating fish, but rarely.
