How to exercise 15 times in Jan 2009
How I did it: I I worked out 15 times. It doesn't sound difficult, but I just made a list and logged my workouts. The key was to check the list on a regular basis to remind myself how far I had to go.
Lessons & tips: Try to get most of the workouts done at the beginning of the month so that you're less likely to fail or get too stressed out at the end.
