How to sleep nude
It made me 
"natural and comfortable"
How I did it: I am female and I've been sleeping in the nude since I was about 11, it's just so natural and compfy.
Just don't wear clothes, who needs em.
oh and mmm have a shower, dry off and hop into bed with fresh, clean satin sheets yum yum
Lessons & tips: if you don't live in a warm area then only do it in summer, that's what I do.
