Thanks for your info. I think it’s great that you mentioned strength training; it’s really overlooked, especially in females who want to lose weight. Would you mind telling me more about the principles that you followed from the Raw Food Diet? I definitely lose weight much more easily (especially from my middle) when I don’t eat any processed foods, but I’m sure there’s much more to Raw Eating than that. Thanks! =)
