How to drink more water

How I did it: I just replaced everything I normally drink with water. I was guilty of mainly drinking soft drinks and cordials, with the rare fruit juice, but now it's just water. Water water water. Before I eat I have some water, and every time I feel thirsty. It's fantastic.
Lessons & tips:
- Replace alld rinks with coffee - soft drinks, coffees, energy drinks, juices and cordials.
- Drink a glass of water before each meal, and have another on standby while you eat.
- Drink any time you feel thirsty, even if it's just a little bit.
