How I did it: I bought bookshelves, to fill up the walls, hangars to display our beautiful instruments, and frames to fill it out. I matched the bookshelf L-bars with our antique looking metal wall clock. It's soooo nice now! It took several months to get the funds together, but it was worth it, even if we move away in 3 months.
Lessons & tips: Using the 'draw' program on the computer- making squares, and whatnot, to lay out a wall, before you buy anything. I didn't know I'd need more picture frames until I looked at the wall outline without them.
