How to go indoor sky diving
"A small simulation of the real thing. Perfect for trainers to actually sky dive."
How I did it: Cup your hands.
Keep your back arched.
head up.
legs straight.
listen to teachers hand signals.
try to relax.
there is a 30 minute class beforehand. Make sure you dont miss it. it helps a lot. Pay attention to the video. Make sure your earplugs are in.
The guy in front of us lost one of his earplugs and lost a lot of hearing. =/
Lessons & tips: the wind is very hard to control your body. Make sure you keep force downwards on your legs.
Note that the wind makes it harder to breathe.
Not reccommended for people with asthma.
Drool included when you smile. lol
