How to write messages on sugar packets in restaurants

Cheerful... 
"Leaving thoughts of the day on sugar packets for the next person in the restaurant - hope the message causes them to pause."
How I did it: At each restaurant I wrote things like, "Follow your bliss" on sugar packets and "poison" on the fake blue, pink, and yellow packets.
Had daughter help write a few things too. Didn't let the servers see it was us.
Lessons & tips: take a pen that writes well.
