How to give up smoking
How I did it: i have recently become fitness and more outdoor pursuits. . . .and i realised that smoking was the only thing stopping me as a young and otherwise reasonably healthy person from completing my goals. . . .
with that in mind i started to grow resentful of the fact that i was a smoker, and sterted to look at the habit as many non smokers do,in a slightly contemptuous way. . . .
after that i just gave up cold turkey and embraced my new life one day at a a time. . . .
Lessons & tips: its not easy. . . . .but it is worth it. . . .it feels incredible to be back in control................................
Resources: exercise>i weent to the gym every day after i quit both to keep myself active and also to remind myself that i was outta shape because of all those cigarettes. . . . .
