How to lose 10 more pounds
How I did it: Most of what I had done has been documented in my posts but it basically came down to regular exercise - walking 5 miles a day, light circuit training & ab work 3 times a week - and eating healthy.
Lessons & tips: Saying no to eating out was a big plus as portions at restaurants typically are double what you need.
Eat your bigger meals in the morning and at lunch with a moderate meal at night.
Don't fast. Instead graze throughout the day on healthy foods like raw fruits and vegetables.
Resources: I love the iPhone apps LiveStrong, Lose It!, and Glucose Buddy for monitoring, and listening to some good podcasts to listen to on my walks.
