interesting program. I’m glad you posted about this.
How I did it: During my initial test to see where I should start the program I noticed I was able to do many sit-ups but stopped. I did so because I didn't want to injure myself as I pulled abdominal muscles years ago and it took a long time to heal. So I did 2 weeks of training following the plan on http://twohundredsitups.com/. Each day I dreaded doing the routine because I hate them.
Well today I was doing another test to see how many I could do. I felt my abs were strong in part from my cycling and the training over the last few weeks... and since I hate doing them I thought I'd give it a try and see if I could bang out 200 and be done with it... well I just barely did it, yelling out during the last 20 but I did it. WHEW!
