How to run two miles straight
"I pushed myself.. to keep going cause I knew I could do it!"
How I did it: Ive been working out for the last two months, I built up my endurance... work out 4-5 days a week.. and then starting jogging.... The key is.. to not stop....keep going and you too will make it cross that finish line... I am also training for a marathon.. so I have been pushing myself continously!!
