How to 30 day detox

How I did it: I took meat and sweets out my diet for 30days. I juiced everyday with fruits and vegatables.. and I work out 3-5 days a week. I ate lots of fruits and veggies and if I wanted some meat.. I ate a veggie burger.. you cant even tell the difference.. I am going to keep soy products in my life from now on! You also have to get your mind right to do something like this.. prayer and meditation helps when you become weak for a craving!
